terms of use

payment:
- I use paypal as my main payment method. If we’re friends or mutuals, venmo is ok.
- I charge after the art is finished and before I send the final files. Please have the money ready when you commission as I require full payment.
timeline:
- I’m in college right now so please understand that a commission could take over a few months depending on the scale
- after you submit a form, i'll message you in a week if i accept it, then tell you what days i have open to work on it. unless the commission is for a different month, then I will message you at the start of that month. (just to be sure you still want the commission.)
- I'm autistic so my work is minimum communication. If you order emotes or badges I will not send sketches unless you request them. For larger orders I will send one rough sketch, and the rendered art, then the animation if applicable.
- commission forms may not be responded to if you (1) do not include photos in the reference portion (2) clearly have not read the prices on this site or (3) if you filled out parts of the form wrong.
general:
- If you fail to respond within 1 week after the art is finished, I’ll repurpose your art and sell it as a premade. No hard feelings but I still have to find a way to be payed for my time.
- I like to post commissions on my social media after they’re finished, I usually wait about two weeks but if you’d like me to wait longer please let me know beforehand.
- I don’t usually send sketches for emotes and badges unless you ask for them or what you asked for was more vague. Feel free to ask for any reasonable changes.
- I keep the full copyright and have the right to resell prints or HD versions of any commission unless you also purchase the exclusivity for three times the cost.
timeline:
- Please have photo references. If not that's ok but please know that it might take extra time and money as you will probably ask for changes. If you include no photos and want me to wing it fine by me.

e.g. promotional material, cover art for music, albums, packaging, use in videogame, use for advertising, does not apply to independent content creators without brand deals to advertise their free work.

wont draw:
- NFTS
- erotic gore

- any style that isn't mine
